Matize Golf ships worldwide from Portugal. Below you’ll find information about processing times, delivery estimates, tracking info, duties & taxes, and free shipping.

Processing

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays). Except in cases of stock disruption, orders ship within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Heads up: Launches or peak periods may add 1–2 business days to processing times.

Transit time

• Portugal up to 3 business days.
• EU up to 5 business days.
• International up to 7 business days.

Duties & taxes

Orders shipped to Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all applicable duties and taxes are included at checkout.

For all other destinations worldwide, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not collected by Matize Golf at checkout and may be payable upon delivery.

Free shipping

Free shipping on orders over €100 within Portugal, and over €200 worldwide (based on current EUR conversion at checkout).

Address changes & failed delivery

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we’re limited in our ability to reroute. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur reshipment fees.
