Overview
Matize Golf ships worldwide from Portugal. Below you’ll find information about processing times, delivery estimates, tracking info, duties & taxes, and FAQs.
Processing
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays). Except in cases of stock disruption, orders ship within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Heads up: Launches or peak periods may add 1–2 business days to processing times.
Duties & taxes
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and tariffs applicable in their country. These fees are set by local customs and are not collected by Matize Golf at checkout.
Address changes & failed delivery
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we’re limited in our ability to reroute. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur reshipment fees.

Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Portugal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but reach out to us and we’ll do our best if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes or lockers?
Some carriers don’t deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a residential or business address where possible.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Orders outside the EU may be subject to import fees charged by your local customs authority.
My tracking hasn’t updated.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch and may pause during carrier hand-offs. If there’s no movement for 5 business days, contact us.
